ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our brand, field, and digital marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role—ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn the ins and outs of growing a brand from the ground up.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our sales, ambassador, and design teams to execute programs, track performance, and ensure Madre shows up beautifully wherever it’s seen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Assist in execution of marketing campaigns (events, activations, collaborations, and retail support)

+ Coordinate sampling programs, POS shipments, and ambassador tools

+ Manage and update brand asset libraries (photos, videos, decks, design files)

+ Support social media scheduling, influencer gifting, and content tracking

+ Help manage email campaigns and newsletters

+ Track performance metrics (store velocity, event ROI, digital reach, etc.)

+ Maintain up-to-date calendars for marketing, events, and trade programs

+ Liaise with vendors, creatives, and printers to ensure brand quality
 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

+ 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or brand support role (agency, startup, beverage, or fashion/hospitality background a plus)

+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

+ Strong communicator and natural collaborator

+ Familiar with tools like Keynote, Google Workspace, Asana, Miro, or Adobe Suite

+ Passionate about creativity, culture, and experiential brands

+ Excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

+ Able to travel occasionally and support field activations when needed
 

BONUS POINTS IF YOU

+ Have experience working with CPG or beverage brands

+ Know how to take a decent iPhone photo or TikTok

+ Are familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, Later, or similar platforms

+ Speak Spanish or have knowledge of Mexican spirits culture
