Diving deeper into the realms of creative exploration, Mexico City- based artist, Orly Anan offers a new audio/visual project focused on creating art for meditation. The project, entitled ‘Molecular Meditation’ is a collaborative effort created between Anan, Toronto-based sound producer Brandon Miguel Valdivia, and New York-based video artist Enrique Alba. The international collaboration was crafted by the minds at HUH, a creative platform developing artist collaborations and ideas across borders.
Molecular meditation offers a virtual, multi-sensory experience for the viewer, creating a surrealist portal to a deeper state of awareness. Exploring the cross-section of sound and imagery to evoke a feeling and response, the project pushes art into an intimate state of meditative experience.
Put on some headphones, sip some mezcal, and dive into this molecular meditation.
The project will be shown live in Mexico City and New York.
