Madre believes that knowledge and mezcal are both meant to be shared. In an effort to help educate folks about mezcal, and the beautiful process that brings this spirit to life, we created The Institute for Mezcal Learning;  An online resource for a brief and basic understanding of Mezcal.

While the Institute is not the most comprehensive exploration of mezcal, it is a simple and accessible platform that makes learning easy and fun. Using Instagram as an educational tool, is also an attempt to repurpose social media for a more constructive purpose, like learning.
