While Mezcal itself is considered a plant medicine, deep exploration into herbal remedies opens a new world of blends where different natural ingredients work together to create physical or spiritual healing opportunities.
Surfer and healer Kassia Meador not only has found ways to heal through the natural rhythms of our world, but also in the harmony of plants through tinctures.
To learn how to make one of Kassia’s tinctures, follow the instructions below to begin your own journey into plant medicine.
